Submitting an abstract for SNMMI’s 2024 Annual Meeting provides you the ideal platform to present your research to a global audience of your peers, while increasing your professional recognition. Original abstracts will be accepted in the following scientific tracks:

Character count - 4,000 characters (does not include additional authors) 
Abstract is broken out into 4 parts:

  • purpose/ background
  • methods
  • results
  • conclusion
 

2024 Abstract Timeline/Important Dates and Deadlines

  • Submission deadline: January 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET
  • Submission deadline: (Tech students) February 15, 2024
  • Withdrawal deadline: February 28, 2024
  • Abstracts Acceptance/Non-Acceptance email notifications: March 15, 2024 (on or about)
  • Detailed abstract notifications (with type and session details): April 5, 2024 (on or about)
  • Notifications for Poster Award Candidates: April 26, 2024

Abstract Submission Processing Fee

There is a $40 (USD) non-refundable processing fee for each abstract submitted for the SNMMI 2024 Annual Meeting. The processing fee will be submitted online by credit card (only) at the time of submission with any applicable registration fees you may incur.

Please note: there will be no submission processing fees for technologists, technologist students, or those residing in qualifying low and lower middle income countries.
