2024 Hot Trot 5K Run/Walk

Saturday, June 8 | 7:00 am EDT Start (check-in begins at 6:30 am)

Join us in-person for the 2024 Hot Trot 5K Run/Walk, sleep in and run your event later, run from your hometown, or register to run "in your dreams"!

In-person participants will race along a lake-side course in the park near the convention center with Hot Trot t-shirts distributed at registration and medals awarded at the finish line. Medals and t-shirts will be mailed to our virtual and dream racers following the Annual Meeting. Proceeds will benefit the SNMMI-TS Professional Development and Education Fund, supporting the advancement of molecular and nuclear medicine technologists. All Hot Trot registrants will receive an official t-shirt and medal.

Attending/planning to attend the Annual Meeting? Add the Hot Trot 5K during registration checkout process.

Not attending the Meeting? To register for the 2024 Hot Trot 5K Run/Walk:

  1. Log in or create an account
  2. Click "Register Myself"
  3. Select your t-shirt size
  4. If you want to register someone else, select "+ Add Guest"
  5. Complete the contact information for the additional runner
  6. Select the additional runner's t-shirt size
  7. Repeat until all runners are added and have a selected t-shirt size
  8. Click "Proceed to Checkout"
  9. On the checkout page, click "Submit Order" at the bottom of the screen

You do not need to register for the Annual Meeting to participate in the Hot Trot 5K Run/Walk.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the 2024 Hot Trot 5K Walk/Run, which will take place during June, 2024, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that: 

  1. The there is a potential risk of injury by participating in this activity, and, 
  2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, 
  3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation; and, 
  4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS The Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, their directors, officers, chapters, officials, agents, volunteers and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
